In the world of boxing, Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather are two of the best pound for pound, but who is really the NO.1? Many boxing analyst argued about this. So let's have a clear look at these two warriors of the ring. First, we have the reigning "Fighter of the Year" Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao. Manny rose to star dome when he demolished the "Baby Face Assassin" Marco Antonio Barrera with a devastating 11th round TKO. Barrera was at his peak when he was defeated by the "Pacman" .Manny executed a lot of vicious barrages of punches that came from all angles with extreme speed that became his trademark. Because of that, Manny receive the award "Fighter of the Year", "Upset of the Year" and "Ring Magazine People’s Featherweight Champion", beating by votes, Roy Jones Jr. and Lenox Lewis. But before that, Manny was already a 2-time world champion, beating Chartchai Sasakul to win the WBC Super Flyweight belt and defeating Lehlohonolo Ledwaba to grabbed the IBF Junior Featherweight crown. He did it all by knockouts. After the big win over Barrera, Manny's next big fight was against Juan Manuel “Dinamita” Marquez .There fight ended with a controversial draw. Marquez was down three times in the very first round but recovered and unbelievably salvage a draw. Then Erik “El Terrible” Morales came. There first meeting became a bloody mess. Pacquiao had a big cut that put him trouble and causing Morales to win via unanimous decision. But there second fight was a complete opposite of the first, for Pacquiao dominated the fight and knockout Morales in the 10th round .It was really a sweet revenge for Pacquiao. There trilogy came and as expected it became a short night. Morales was knockout in the 3rd round. It only confirms that Pacquiao was the better fighter among the two. Recently, Pacquiao defeated Barrera again in there rematch via unanimous decision. Manny Pacquiao is known all over the world, for his fascinating and entertaining fighting style. He got the aggressiveness, the speed, the power, and we know that Pacquiao’s style will not be boxing, ITS GONNA BE FIGHTING!!!

On the other hand, let’s have the undefeated champion, Floyd “Pretty Boy” Mayweather Jr. Though his clever style is not so entertaining and has less punching power, he is on the top because he accomplished his entire mission. He got his first world title belt after beating Genaro Hernandez and becoming the WBC junior lightweight champion. Mayweather first big fight was against Diego Corrales. That was the greatest fight of Mayweather because he really destroyed Corrales. Corrales got a series of knockdowns and in round 10, he was technically knockout. Then he captured his IBF junior lightweight belt by defeating Carlos “Famoso” Hernandez via unanimous decision. In the lightwelterweight division Mayweather win four title belts by crushing down Jose Louis Castillo twice, Victoriano Sosa and Phillip Ndou. Maywearther then move up to junior welterweight division. He became the WBC junior welterweight champion by beating Arturo Gatti. In the welterweight division, he beat Zab Judah and owned the IBF and vacant IBO Welterweight crowns by unanimous decision. He ultimately defeated Carlos Baldomer also via unanimous decision to hold WBC welterweight belt. His previous fight was against Oscar De La Hoya. He moved up to superwelterweight division just to fight the Golden Boy and surprisingly won by a controversial unanimous decision. It was controversial because Mayweather was outbox by De La Hoya but still managed to win the judges scorecards. Even his own father, Floyd Mayweather Sr. admitted that Oscar really won the fight.

Now who side are you? PACQUIAO or MAYWEATHER? If you want an explosive and entertaining fighter, you will vote for the Pacman. But if you go for a scientific boxer, your on for the Pretty Boy.
